Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the RK Ads Manager platform ("Platform"), operated by:

2. Scope of this policy

RK Ads Manager is an internal campaign management platform used exclusively by authorized employees and contractors of R&K Commerce UG. The Platform is not a consumer-facing product and does not collect data from end users of TikTok or any other platform.

3. Data we process

In connection with operating the Platform, we may process the following categories of data:

• TikTok advertiser account data: Campaign structures, ad group configurations, creative assets, and performance metrics associated with our own TikTok Ads Manager accounts, accessed via the TikTok Marketing API.
• Operational log data: API request logs, error logs, and system activity records generated during Platform operation, retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes.
• Internal user credentials: Access credentials for authorized internal users of the Platform, stored in encrypted form.

We do not collect, store, or process personal data of TikTok end users. We do not collect end-user behavioral data, TikTok profile information, or any data beyond what is necessary to operate our own advertising accounts.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating an efficient advertising workflow, and on the basis of contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) where applicable.

5. Data storage and security

All data processed by the Platform is stored on servers located within the European Economic Area. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data processed by the Platform with third parties, except:

• With TikTok, as required to operate advertising accounts via the TikTok Marketing API, in accordance with TikTok's own terms and privacy policy.
• Where required by applicable law or legal process.

7. Retention

Operational log data is retained for up to 90 days. Campaign and reporting data is retained for as long as necessary to support our advertising operations, and deleted upon cessation of the relevant account.

If you are an internal user of the Platform and wish to exercise rights under the GDPR (including access, rectification, or deletion), please contact us at info@rk-commerce.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
